- An obvious manufacturing defect is excluded from this policy (please see the approved return and refund process procedures)

- Please choose the required size carefully, knowing that "Prink" store adopts European standards in its products, which you can view from here

- Please note that actual product colors may vary depending on the screen of the device used in the shopping process


2- Return and refund process procedures

- In the event of a clear manufacturing defect, please contact customer service in "Prink" store from here within 24 hours of receiving the product, and attach a clear picture of the defective product as evidence of the manufacturing defect that occurred to the product.

- In the event that the customer service department of “Prink” store finds that the evidence submitted by the customer is correct that there is a manufacturer’s defect of origin, “Prink” store will bear all the costs of returning the defective product and will send another product that matches the specifications of the original product without assigning the customer any expenses

- In some cases, "Prink" store may send the product that matches the specifications of the original product required by the customer without asking the customer to return the defective product. The estimate of such cases is up to the customer service department in "Prink" store.
